About GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the naturally occurring tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (GHK), first isolated from human plasma. The peptide binds copper ions with high affinity, and this GHK–copper complex is the form most studied in skin, connective-tissue, and regenerative research.
Levels of GHK in human tissue are known to decline with age, which has made it a long-standing subject of research into extracellular-matrix remodeling and skin biology. Supplied lyophilized for laboratory research use only.
Mechanism of Action
